Look at this Owl…isn’t it cuter than the money you could be saving with that insurance company?

Here are a few of the new owls

After finishing them I realized they remind me of the colors of my 2 favorite Bath and Bodyworks home scents, Leaves and Winter.

I did get moved into the new place.  My studio is more organized.  I am working on more owls, T’s and knitting bags.   Check my Etsy site often for updates!

Sweaterbabe.com reviews the Yarn Owls!

Are you interested in the Yarn Owls but want an unbiased review? Katherine, the amazingly talented designer of Sweaterbabe.com, has tried the Yarn Owls, and she really likes them! Read her review at http://blog.sweaterbabe.com/knitting/2009/08/yarn-owls-yarn-containers.html

I didn’t know Katherine before she started the review, but I am in awe of her talent for designing projects that don’t seem so intimidating timewise. I am in love with the Talia vest, and Katherine’s blog makes me want to drop everything and knit!

Handemadenews.org is a website I wasn’t familiar with until S. Vaka included The Best Knitting Bag Ever in her article on organization.  http://www.handmadenews.org/article/index.php?id=3559  The BKBE is a great organizational tool for knitters!   Also listed in the article are some great magnetic spice jars that would be perfect for beads and an interesting knitting needle roll that is knitted.    The pattern is free from Berroco!
